J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings Collection
Royal Selangor is the oldest as well as the
the largest manufacturer of fine pewter in the world today.
Of particular interest to us here, is their line of Lord of
the Rings fine pewter products.
Royal Selangor is the official licensee for
J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord Of The Rings pewter merchandise. In
the pages that follow you will find many of The Lord Of The
Rings items that can be found in their catalogue.
Retired Goblets
In the graphic below there are six goblets.
All six goblets have been retired. What this means is: as of
the retirement date there will never be another one of these
goblets made. Royal Selangor guarantees this by destroying the
moulds.
Depending on the on the goblet above, I have
as many as 70 or as few as 50. If you are at all interested
in acquiring any one of these goblets, I recommend strongly
that you by it now. Once my stock is depleted, I will never
be able to replenish it.
I have done a brief internet search for these
goblets, and everywhere I have found them, they have been sold
out.
